Ian Benson would like to thank all of our members for partaking in the recent survey. The results are in! 34% of you completed the questions which is considered very good in survey terms.
Many great ideas have come up so the Committee will be investigating further so as to improve, enhance and move the club forward thus making the club better for you.
Ian is one of the newbies on the Committee and you may not all know him. He has a Jeanneau 349 called "Obsession" berthed on the infamous pontoon "H" so may well be a Commodore in the making. He is very open to any more thoughts you may have so don't be afraid to approach him.
The Commodore thanks you for taking part in the survey, just over a third of members invited did. The exercise is now closed and no further access is possible.
Quite a few themes and suggestions have emerged and the General Committee will discuss these when/if it meets again. You will not be surprised to learn that members tend to be over 65, have a boat in Suffolk Yacht Harbour and enjoy the ambiance of LV87.
More details will follow when the weekly newsletter is back in your inbox. For now messages will come out in this newsfeed.
